By the authority in me vested, I, James V Blake Jr, Most Excellent Grand High Priest of above named Grand Chapter of Holy Royal Arch Masons, do with this proclamation call all Excellent High Priests, Past Excellent High Priests, Kings, Scribes, Secretaries, Treasurers, Officers, Companions and all Elected and Appointed Grand Chapter Officers, to assemble in our Annual Grand Convocation, October 16-18, 2008 at the Ocean Dunes Sands Dunes Resort and Conference Center, at 201 75^th Avenue North, Myrtle Beach, South Carolina.
